Legal Counsel for BUI Charges in Colorado

Believe it or not, Boating Under the Influence (BUI) can be just as dangerous as driving under the influence (DUI). According to Colorado Revised Statutes § 33-13-108.1, which is listed in the Parks and Wildlife section, it is a misdemeanor for anyone to operate a vessel with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of 0.08% or more, or under the influence of any other controlled substance.

The sentences for a BUI are also very similar to a DUI, which includes jail time and fines depending on the circumstances of your BUI arrest. Our experienced Denver BUI lawyers can help offer you the legal advocacy you need to defend your rights against a BUI claim.
