DUI Enforcement to Increase During 'Border War' Game

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - The Cheyenne Police Department will be teaming up with other law enforcement agencies on U.S. Highway 287 for DUI and seat belt enforcement during this Saturday's "Border War" football game between the University of Wyoming and Colorado State University.

The rivalry brings lots of traffic to the highway between Fort Collins, Colorado, and Laramie, and the police department will have a vehicle equipped with everything needed to process a DUI arrest quickly.

Other law enforcement agencies involved in the increased enforcement in Wyoming include the Wyoming Highway Patrol, the Laramie Police Department, the Albany County Sheriff's Office, the University of Wyoming Police Department and Wyoming State Park Rangers.
