MADD Victim Impact Panels
Upon conviction of an alcohol related offense in Colorado, defendants are generally required to attend a Victim Impact Panel. Victim Impact Panels in Colorado are sponsored by Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD).
These panels are usually about two hours in length and only court ordered; post sentence attendees will receive verification of attendance.
