1. Provide officer license, registration and insurance. 

2. Officer will ask if you had anything to drink.

3. The Officer will ask you to perform field sobriety tests.

4. You will be asked to take the hand-held breath test.

5. If you are arrested you will take a blood test.

6. Once arrested you will be charged.
