Comcast Driver Rolls Company Truck, Under Investigation For Possible DUI

And you thought their customer service was the worst part about this company? Thursday night in Boulder a Comcast driver rolled his truck over and is now under investigation for DUI. Witnesses say the truck hit a median near the intersection of Lee Hill Drive and Dakota Boulevard in North Boulder and flipped several times. Police believe he was drunk at the time of the crash. The man says he was off duty at the time, and although he was taken to a hospital for precaution, he is expected to be OK. The driverbs name has not been released.

This man should contact a Denver DUI attorney like The Orr Law Firm to defend him as soon as possible. First offenders of a DUI will be subject to license revocation for 9 months, a $600 to $1,000 fine, up to 1 year in jail, and up to 96 hours community service as well as alcohol education.
